Our approach

KryptoBanq collects the minimum information needed to provide the service: a normalized email for account lookup, an optional username, encrypted wallet data, public wallet addresses and necessary technical and security records.

Wallet information

KryptoBanq does not store readable private keys, readable recovery phrases or plaintext passwords. Wallet material is encrypted on your device before it is stored.

Public blockchains and providers

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Testnet nodes, buy and swap providers may process network information under their own policies.
